For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — the wso288 online betting and gaming website accessible at wso288.club, including all pages, services, games, and features available thereunder.
• "Account" — a registered member account created by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player accesses services, holds an IDR balance, and places wagers.
• "Player" / "Member" / "User" — any individual who has registered and maintains an active Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total amount of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any qualifying bonus amounts separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded under the terms of a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be bet on eligible games before a withdrawal request may be approved in respect of that amount.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, a process by which wso288 collects and verifies identity documents to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the sole currency accepted on the Platform for all financial transactions.
• "Working Day" — Monday to Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays, between the hours of 08:00 and 22:00 Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7).
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by wso288 at its sole discretion.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with wso288, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
2. You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration and at all times thereafter.
3. You are a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within Indonesia or from a non-Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
5. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or immediate family member of any person in those roles at wso288 or any of its affiliated game suppliers.
6. You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of this Agreement.
7. You are not accessing the Platform for any fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purpose.

wso288 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension.

To access betting and gaming services on wso288, you must register an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid username, a working email address, and an active Indonesian mobile phone number.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. If duplicate Accounts are detected, wso288 may close all associated Accounts and confiscate any funds held therein.

wso288 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee ongoing access to the Platform; wso288 may suspend or close Accounts at any time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Upon successful registration and mobile number verification, your Account is created and you may proceed to make a first deposit. A welcome bonus may be offered in connection with your first qualifying deposit, subject to the bonus terms applicable at the time of offer.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. wso288 will never ask you to provide your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

• You must choose a strong, unique password and must not reuse a password from any other platform or service.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify wso288 support immediately if you suspect that your credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• wso288 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that wso288's own systems were not at fault.
• Optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP is available and strongly recommended for all Accounts, particularly those with a higher transaction volume.

wso288 monitors Accounts for unusual login activity. If a login from an unrecognised device or location is detected, the Platform may temporarily suspend the Account and issue an identity verification request before restoring access.

wso288 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• E-wallet deposits are processed automatically and typically confirm within two to five minutes.
• Bank transfer deposits are typically confirmed within five to fifteen minutes during standard banking hours.
• wso288 does not accept deposits via cash, cheque, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above.
• wso288 does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposited funds are held separately from wso288's operating funds and are maintained for the benefit of Players.

wso288 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, to be connected with money laundering, or to be made using a payment method that does not belong to the Account holder.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. The Account must have successfully completed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal being approved.
2. The withdrawal must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless wso288 approves an alternative method in writing.
3. Any active Bonus Funds associated with an incomplete Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request if the requirement has not been met.
4. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5. Standard withdrawal processing takes place 08:00–23:00 WIB, seven days a week. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within thirty minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within sixty minutes during banking hours.
6. wso288 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawal amounts. Where a Player makes more than three (3) withdrawal requests within a single calendar day, an administrative fee of Rp 5.000 per additional request may apply.

wso288 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the point of offer activation. General conditions applying to all wso288 promotions are as follows:

• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per Account, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds carry a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of those funds may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion. Bonus Funds that are not cleared within the specified period will expire and be removed from the Account without replacement.
• Not all games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, sportsbook wagers, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible games and contribution rates are detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
• wso288 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already credited to Accounts.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, using bonus funds in a mathematically low-risk hedging strategy, or exploiting an error in the Platform — will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement and may result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

All betting and gaming activity on the wso288 Platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules and accept the outcome of each round or event as final.

• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1, FA, UEFA, FIFA, BWF). In the event of a dispute, wso288's decision is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure in Section 16.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the game engine or physical outcome supervised by the live dealer. Once a round has been completed and the result recorded, no dispute will be accepted in respect of that round's outcome.
• RNG slot and table game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators and are independently verified. Published RTP percentages are theoretical averages over millions of game rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session returns.
• wso288 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed following a clear technical error, an evident misprint in the odds or game configuration, or a communication fault that resulted in incorrect data being displayed to the Player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. wso288 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wso288 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity or for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Employing automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multiplayer card games such as Sakong and Capsa Susun.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or technical fault to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to misrepresent your geographic location in order to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment reversal fraud.
• Allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf.
• Providing false identity or age information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.

All content on the wso288 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, game assets, audiovisual elements, and database compilations — is the property of wso288 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, scrape, frame, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of wso288.

wso288 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at wso288.club/privacy-policy.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, contact details, Indonesian mobile number, KYC documents, transaction history, gaming activity, and device information.

wso288 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game suppliers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

wso288 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools accessible from the Account settings panel at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly IDR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when set; increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen notifications when a gaming session reaches a pre-set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict Account access for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term Account suspension. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the specified period has elapsed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wso288 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and content providers expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

wso288 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times;
• Any particular game outcome, odds, or RTP figure represents a guarantee of individual player returns;
• The Platform will be free from security vulnerabilities or that data breaches will never occur.

In no event shall wso288 be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Nothing in this Section limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

wso288 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, wso288 will provide notice via the Platform and, where practicable, by email to registered Account holders.

The effective date of any revised Agreement will be published at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which wso288 holds its operating licence.

Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to restrictions under Indonesian law. By using the Platform, you represent that you are doing so of your own volition, that you have satisfied yourself as to the applicable legal position in your place of residence, and that you are solely responsible for compliance with any local laws that may apply to you personally.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the wso288 complaints process (see Section 16) may be referred to a recognised independent dispute resolution service. wso288 will provide details of the applicable ADR body upon request.

All complaints, disputes, and account-related inquiries should be directed to the wso288 customer support team in the first instance. wso288 aims to acknowledge all complaints within one (1) Working Day and to provide a final written resolution within five (5) Working Days of receipt.
